Myntra - Package not delivered

On ** sept.****,i had placed and order on myntra,the prodict is "RG DESIGNER MEN BROWN SHIRT"worth *** which inpay through Paypl,till * oct the product not shipped,than i talmke follw up for that i had call to customer support for * time till ** oct , every time they said you will get the status within ** hours/within * days etc.finally on ** oct i got a message that due to your product lost ,it can't be delivered,your refund will be initiated,you will get it by *-* working days in you bank account, and they also give me a coupon ,of **% of upto *** on minimum **** rs spent, when i try to apply coupon on ****rs bag it show **rs off,where i have to pay *** rs tax,than i call to customer support and ask for product on which i get *** rs off,they said ee haven't that information.than i asked i am not satisfied with you service give me another compansation or give me detail to where i rise my issues? they said we haven't any policy yet. than i reply the mail which i got from customer care and after * days i git an call from priya a customer care executive,i share all the data,then she said we havent force you to pay via online transaction.....i this right way to talk? i asked for compansation than she say,we haven't any policy for that.
the point is that they usemy money for ** day and i get nothing...also i have spent lots of time to take the follow up, complain, etc issue.
