I purchased kindle book reader from amazon on ** sep, ****.Gave delivery address as west patel nagar pillor no ***. I did nt get product deliverd but it was updated on the website that it was delivered to me on *rd oct immediately I called customer care then they said wait for * days still if it is not delivered we will look upon the issue. waiting for * days i didn't get the item again i calle they took my complaint and stated to enquire of the issue one day they said item is found intact and we cant help you in any matter. Before this happened I got call from a Amazon employee may be delivery boy but he didn't listen to me clearly what I say I asked to look upon to whom the item was deliverd but from next when I call back him he is not even picking the call I suspect on him.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
