I have Ordered a mobile phone in Amazon in **-sep-** and it is not delivered to me till now but it is updated as delivered in their Portal,I have given a Complaint on **th Oct'** regarding not received item and they said me that we will make a investigation on this and required time till **th Oct'** and today morning i called them and they are saying we have investigated that order is delivered and we can't help you out..How ever we have not received the Product and i asked for the Detailed investigation report / proof of delivery but they are saying that they can't Provide any Proofs..Kindly help me..
