We ordered a saree from a manufacturer/reseller. We paid them and they sent the product through a DTDC courier. It reached Insapur on *th September evening. They called us around *.**-* PM and asked us to collect it from their courier office. At that time we were not at home as we are working and told them that we will be collecting on *th and they agreed on that. When we reached the office on *th at ** PM, they already returned it. It was DTDC's *st issue. If it could reach to the sender, we can ask them again to send us but still, it is with DTDC and today is **th September.
I called them ***s of times and they never answer the call and whenever they answer they keep on saying * more day and we will revert you back. Also, I sent few emails to customer care id but they never responded.
We ordered the product for one important occasion but we haven't received it. Again we purchased one more saree for the cause and it is a double expenditure for us.
Conclusion:
*. They have not even waited a few hours before returning, usually, they wait for a few days and when we inform them that we come and collect, they have to keep it on hold.
*. We missed the product for an occasion.
*. They wasted my valuable time and top of it mental pressure.
*. We had to purchase one more product for the cause which is a double expenditure for us.
