Swiggy - Package not delivered

Yesterday, I ordered food from swiggy on exactly *:**pm and the estimated time was **-** minutes but the food was not delivered till date. I had guests in my house and they were yelling insults at my hostage services. When I started to chat with swiggy they gave me irrelevant responses and said that they cannot serve me uncooked food. It caused a lot of inconvenience . At **:**, when I called the delivery man the phone was switched off and swiggy had cancelled my order. Moreover, they did not provide me with any kind of compensation and my refund was not instant. The hungry faces of my kids and guests still haunt me, all because of the pathetic services provided by swiggy. I clearly stated that I would call social media but they acted very carefree and they have no authority to toil my rights to receive the desired services provided that the asked amount was payed. I have attached one of the chats as an evidence of the hassel caused.
