Olx - Package not delivered

I am a student and was searching for a laptop on Olx. On *th September I saw a hp laptop and message to the seller. She gave her no. and told me that she is a doctor and now shifting to abroad so she wants to sell her laptop at a very low price. I asked about her location as I will come to take. She told me so sorry beta last week only I went to Kerala. Then I told ok. She told we can do one thing. I am working in a hospital so there is a hospital courier. I will talk to them and let you know. After one hour she called me told that I asked about the courier. It will reach tomorrow the charges are *** Rs. Ist she told me it's ok my child you are a student I will help you. Money is the *nd thing. Then she asked me to pay online and sent her account no. I paid and told courier amount I will pay later because I don't have more money. I asked the tracking no. she gave me wrong and when I asked her and called her she told I am in the meeting. She told me to track the courier by * pm. After that, she texts me don't blame me I already send you the courier and wait for tomorrow. Yesterday (* September ****) I waited but it didn't come. Whenever I m calling her she is not picking up my call and not replying messages. I called her with my new number. She received but once she heard my voice she cut the phone and not received again. Today (* September ****) she messaged me just wait for today. Whenever I am calling her from new numbers she is picking and once she hears my voice she just cut the call. I requested her to give me the tracking number but not replying anything. I am a student and need a laptop urgently. The money I gave her was my saving for last one year. My studies and my mental health is getting affected because of that lady. Please help me.
