I had purchased a feature ad from olx,
And then i posted the feature ad but olx rejected my ad and deducted my featured ad from my account and customer care is telling that the ad is consumed and non refundable,they are just taking money and doing fraud,by telling that ad is live for couple of seconds and then ad get rejected automatically by system,
If ad is live then why it is getting rejected,
And id ad is having some error then why olx is posting that ad and then rejecting,it need to be get directly rejected without getting posted.
I need a strong case against olx
