Olx - Sameer saxena fraud me

Wanted to sell my books so I posted it on OLX a buyer named Sameer saxena approached me to buy my books and asked for my number then he told me to send ₹* then I sent him that and it failed and I got ₹* he said this was part of transaction procedure then he told me to have ₹**** in my account because that's how much he was giving then he sent a QR code like before but this time the payment was completed and I lost my money then he told me to get this money back I need to have ₹**** in my account then he sent another QR code / upi id then that also vanished he took all my money I started crying I arranged the money from different ppl he told it was a ** min process and will give it back to them then he told me to arrange final of ₹**** so that he can get the money back and if it fails he will give me bank transfer via my ifsc code and account but then also it failed and he stopped answering just told me to send a vid of the transaction and then he vanished
