I had ordered with Amazon some urgent baby products and I really wanted them.i am a prime customer and I was expected to receive the delivery by , Friday Aug **,****, however the product never got delivered and they issued a refund without even asking me whether I need refund or the product and what is my urgency.
Post contacting the the customer service, even though they know that this was their mistake they are not ready Lodge a complaint nor they were eager to tell the process. You can find the chat history attached where they are self claiming that was their mistake.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
