So, I had ordered a pair of underwear and flip flops from Koovs.com on **th July ****. I received the flip flops after a week which was fine but it's been more than a month that I haven't received the pair of underwear. The problem is that even after complaining them twice about this issue, they are just sending me an apology mail but not taking any action against it. Now, I am irritated of this because, firstly my coupon got wasted which was my money but I chose to make it a coupon and secondly, these guys are not taking my complains seriously. Now, I am done with this behaviour and this led me to take this step today. So, if this can help me in any manner that would be great.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
