Delhivery - package not delivered

I had ordered a product from Amazon. In between the delivery date and product shipment date I updated the number with Amazon. The product was supposed to be delivered by Delhivery services, and because I did not get a call from them I checked in the tracking page and it was showing delivery attempted. I called both Amazon and Delhivery and they both confirmed that they have updated the number and that I will receive the order. Next day again it was showing that the delivery was attempted however, I did not get a call in the updated number. I called Delhivery and to my surprise they said that they could not deliver it because the number was not getting connected. I asked them if the number was updated or not and they said no, the number was not updated. I updated it in the morning and called in the afternoon and they again said that it was not updated. Either you people don't know how to work or don't train your employees properly. We don't have the time of the whole green world to call on a daily basis to make things right. We did out part kindly do your part as well. Horrible and frustrating services. Even the words are an understatement to the kind of work you people are promising to do.
