My package is out for delivery from *th July and hasn't reached me till now. Every time I call they say that the package is out for delivery and it will be delivered today. Even after the matter has been escalated with them from the past * days and there is basically no proper response from them. the call centre executives say that their senior will call me back but no one does.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
