I had ordered for Luxury Forever Rose Teddy Bear costing **.** USD from Maxim universal on ** Jan ****. However till date I have not received the item with order no. ****. I have sent various mail to the company. Initially for few months the replied and assured me that I would receive the item...but now they have stopped replying.
