Maxim Universal - Item not delivered

I booked a necklace from this website called maximuniversal. I made my order on ** February ****.
Immediately I got a confirmation mail that my order is placed. It is mentioned on that website that updates about the order will be sent in * days but I thought of waiting some more days to give them more time as it is an international shipment. I again mailed back to the same mail id on ** February **** asking about the shipment.
I got a reply on the same days saying it will reach on ** February ****. But I didn't receive my order on that day. So I mailed them back and they didn't reply to me and I mailed them again. They mailed me back on that day saying it will receive on **th. On that day also I didn't receive my order after that I mailed them again but there is no reply from them from that day onwards. I don't know what to do. Please help me.
