I have ordered Necklace through Maxim Universal for which as was shown on Instagram. I got a confirmation message for order placement and also got a message during shipping but till date, I haven't received the product. The order was placed on * Feb and I got the confirmation message on shipping on ** Feb. Now maxim Universal website is also not working. Till date, I have not received the product.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
