I ordered a pair of shoes from merchandisewala.com on **th April ****. Made an online payment of INR **** and was informed that the delivery takes ** days max. Even after * months, I haven't received my shoes. There is no option to file for refund on their website. No replies to my mails either. Also, the link provided to track my order has been disabled.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
