I purchased shoes from merchandisewala.com on **th April **** worth ****.** INR. I was informed that it takes minimum **-** days for the shipment. However, it's been more than * months and I haven't received my order or any shipment confirmation. I have been blocked on Instagram by the merchant on which most of the communication took place. Also, their website isn't active anymore.
