Professional Couriers - Package not delivered

This is boominathan from Ramamurthy Nagar, Recently I had a bad experience with Professional couriers for the consignment no IXM******** and would like to register these details here. the courier was sent from Madurai to Bangalore on ** th of June **** but still, I haven't received yet. I was contacted by a professional courier person from "**********" phone no on ** th or **th morning for my address confirmation and followed by then he promised to deliver on that day. but unfortunately, I did not receive on the same date. I understood that there is a delay in transit and waited for the next two days to call back to the person at his mobile no "**********" to know the status of delivery. the person has behaved very rudely and said that I will not deliver the parcel and you can't do anything even though your complaint reaches out to any of higher officials of professional couriers and he disconnects the phone. so Immediately I went to Ramamurthy Nagar branch to check the status of same but no useful information i received. so I spoke to the customer care manager Anjaline F | anjaline@tpcblr.in by explaining the issues to raise the complaint no "CRM******". Also, I have spoken to the manager Mr.Mohan at Shanthi Nagar and he promised to deliver it soon . but things are not turning positive to me to receive the parcel. My parcel delivery status is still a million dollar question. I don't understand why the delivery takes * days ( ** the June to *rdJuly) to not deliver the parcel.

I need your help to take immediate action on this to address my issue and expecting you to ensure that this kind of bad experience I would not have it next time. Also, advise more strictly the person "**********" to acknowledge his mistake to me.

I heard from Anjaline madam that my parcel kept open, why it so? Also who will be responsible for the items got spoiled or damaged,

Need your immediate assistance to deliver the parcel and ask the owner of this phone no "********** " person to acknowledge his mistake to me over a call.
