The delivery person came and given * missed call for ** seconds of each and then cancelled the order within two minutes. As per their policy they will call the customer * times if not answered they will cancel the order and the money will be deducted as penalty. I agree with that. But a normal call should ring for ** seconds. But it not happens in my case. Then if the delivery person is unable to deliver the order he should arrange a support team call to confirm that the order has been cancelled that is also not done. I have complained about their chat support and email support. They told with ** hours you will receive a response but ** hours has been completed but still, I have not received a response via mail. I have complained to their Twitter account there they told they will get back to us but still not. Please find the attached call record proofs and do the needful.
