FedEx - package not delivered

Was supposed to receive a shipment on Thursday when they no showed after I waited for ** hours so they rescheduled for Friday. They showed up Friday around * while I was standing out front, literally ** feet from them. They drove away without attempting to deliver to me (again, I was staring right at them) and said I was unavailable without leaving a tag or anything. They could not leave a tag because they would have had to walk around me to do it. I called to complain and they gave me the run around but eventually said the drivers would come back after their route on Friday night so again, I waited around for them. They once again did not show up. They are requiring a signature so I need to be around for the delivery and we are now going on day * of having to wait. I can not properly describe how little they have cared about my time and have made no attempt to remedy the situation.
