Nagaraj Bh filed complaint against Amazon on May 30, 2019
I was very disappointed by tracking every day,,,, even one month happened item not delivered,,,
item booked on **-** -**** paid full amount,, and after few days got mail from amazon seller ZZebra store that item was damaged by courier and they will refund,,
After repeated followup they said already refunded to my account. I have checked acount and updated them that not yet refunded, but the seller refuse accept it and asking repeatedly to contact amazon customer care only. I have made call to c.care also and got SMS confirmation that item will be as they mentioned time **-**-****,,
But till date item not reached to me and not got any refund for account.. Even I share the account statement also to them,, but no use today **-**-**** not yet delivered the item or refunded,,,,
I AM TOTALLY DISOPPOINTED AND ALSO SUGGEST THAT TO OTHER CUSTOMERS NOT TO BY IN AMAZON,bcoz of their POOR RESPONSE IRRESPONSIBLE
