My order didn't come yesterday. The delivery boy cheated us and he also told us to rate him on Zomato app. He also cheated Zomato by saying that he has already delivered the order. But in reality, he didn't deliver the order. I also rated the delivery boy by giving him * stars. I placed the order at *:** pm and the delivery boy told us that he will be at his destination within ** minutes but he didn't come. I was physically and mentally harassed.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
