I placed an order on the Sanfe website on **-**-**** and paid ₹*** online. It has been ** days but the product has not been dispatched or delivered. I have sent multiple emails to the company but they have not responded. I request the consumer helpline to help me either get my order delivered immediately or receive a full refund.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
