I had ordered a car mat from Galio which they dispatched on *th November through DTDC. The item had to arrive by *th November and now since *th November it’s stuck in transit. After numerous phone calls to dtdc support and raising support tickets, they don’t know where the item is. Pathetic service! Please help track and deliver the item. Tracking reference - D**********
