Ecom Express - Package not delivered

This is regarding not delivering the package by Ecom express. The package reached at the destination on time still not delivered for the next ** days and eventually went back to the company (Nykaa). This is for the second time I have experienced because of this courier service. Before this was ordered from Club Factory. I have to make a special request to resend the package through different courier service and I received my order. This time again my product went back and again I will have to reorder it. I just got the message that 'Out for Delivery ' but never received a package. Their customer service also doesn't respond. There is no way I can get direct contact with them. The number mentioned in the message will just give the electronic version answer and won't proceed further. After checking their site and reviews it seems there are so many people who experienced the same problem with this courier service and requested to cancel the license of this company. I also have the same request to cancel the license of this courier company in this area. So that again no one has to go through this mental torture like me.
As evidence, I just have their messages of 'out for delivery' and 'can not locate the address' even without attempting the delivery.
