KARTHIK AMBUR filed complaint against DTDC on Jul 22, 2025
My parents sent me a home made ghee and premium biscuits with rare medicinal condiments included to me through dtdc courier with consignment number H******** on * th July
But the product was not delivered am dispute of several complaints and customer care calls they wrongly claiming I didn’t accept the delivery and I didn’t recieve phone call, although they never attempted to call me
After me lodging complaint in consumer complaints national helpline they sent me two messages that delivery is being attempted and again with in * minutes claiming receiver not accepted the delivery due to damage but in reality they never called me
The consumer complaint docket number is *******
I lost two working days took leave from **july to ** nd July to trace and get my delivery
So i want justice to my concern and suffering.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
