When placing an order on **nd March ****, Delhivery initially estimated the delivery time as * days. However, after completing the order, the delivery timeline was updated to **th March ****. Today is **st March ****, and I have yet to receive my order, with no indication of when it will arrive.
The company’s lack of transparency and accountability is further compounded by their inadequate customer service. Attempts to seek clarification and resolution have proven futile, leaving customers frustrated and mentally harassed.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
