Swiggy accepted * orders * got delivered but the other order was marked delivered at **:** pm IST but I never received it. When I called them the representative informed that due to a technical problem the orders got marked delivered and said will refund the amount. I waited for that though I received a message that the amount has been refunded it been an hour still not received the amount. My point is if they are facing technical problem then need to close all orders till it is resolved. Depending upon them and ordering food is useless. Zomato is much better at least they share the delivery boy info and have chat support but swiggy has none of these. I intend to file a police complaint against swiggy. If I would not have called they would have robbed my money for nothing. How many customers they have done so far with the same technical problem excuse. A start company should remember they are running a customer-facing business and as per business ethics, they should close operation during technical problem instead of taking customers money for nothing.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
