I had ordered an LG mobile battery. The company shows an estimated delivery of * to ** days but my product took ** days yet not delivered. I called customer service he told your product has couriered by us but then I track the status of my product online it shows not yet shipped. From past three days customer executive giving me false statements of my product delivery, not even a message had sent to me about the delay of the product. They are giving me false statements whenever I call.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
