A courier was picked up from Gurugram on **th July to be delivered to Dehradun. The support team has been reached numerous times on calls and emails, but still, they cannot get in touch with the delivery partner and as of today i.e. **th July, the courier has not reached the destination.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
