The AWB *************** the delivery person not delivering and updating the trackig info as "Customer denied OTP based delivery" three times. i nver recived SMS /whatsapp or no one visited for delivery to my home. they are just keep the itme and delaying delivery.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
