I ordered * packages one with Rs **** and another with Rs ***** on ** January ****. Still, I am not able to see the shipping details. I called them many times most of the time the telephone line was busy and if they picked up the call they would give an assurance of sending the items within *-* days or they would say they have some technical issue. After some time I searched on Google and Sock to see the reviews, and people stated reasons provided by the company for the delay were the same as mine.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
