Amazon - Package not delivered

The product : Sony Playstation Console was to be delivered along with * other products in * shipment. The delivery person came to deliver * of the * products and took delivery OTP from my wife saying the third product will be delivered by a different delivery person. After taking the delivery OTP, they marked all * products as delivered. I raised a complaint in Amazon customer service on recorded line and they told me my *rd product was lying at the delivery center and will be delivered in * days. After that they shut me down saying the product is delivered and I provided the OTP as well. They are not giving refund or helping to track where the product was actually delivered
