I had ordered a case from Flipkart on **th March. It should be delivered to me on the **th of March but I didn't receive that product. I got a mail that the product has been delivered and when I raised a complaint they told me that they will be checking with their courier service. So finally today i.e. *th April they called me again and they are saying that they will again deliver the product by April **th. When I am paying delivery charges I should get my product on time right. And as my mobile is a new one which I brought from Flipkart only. Meanwhile, if my mobile gets damaged physically who will be responsible?? I am buying a mobile case for protection of my mobile. When I asked for a refund they said they don't know when it will get. So please try to solve my problem and take action on Flipkart.
