I had ordered a Tshirt on *th December. First they delayed the delivery for ** days. Then all of a sudden they marked the product as delivered without even delivering the product. The tracking ID shown on the app was invalid and no order was found. They are claiming that the product was delivered and OTP validation was given. But I had not even received the message containing OTP. Even after complaining a number of times they fail to provide correct tracking details or any evidence that the product was delivered.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
