MY NAME IS LATHA, WE BOOKED FOOD ITEM IN DTDC COURIER ON **ND December **** AND MENTIONED IN THE PACKAGE MOST URGENT. MY BOOKING DETAILS ARE ATTACHED. WE RECEIVED THE MESSAGE THAT WE ARE NOT AVAILABLE ON **TH DEC ****, *:** PM. WE ARE WAITING FOR PACKAGE FROM LAST * DAYS. EVEN THE DTDC PERSON DID NOT CALL ME AND ALSO NOT CAME TO HOME. HOW CAN THEY SEND ME MESSAGE NOT AVAILABLE. IT SHOW COURIER PERSON IRRESPONSIBLE AND VERSITY SERVICES NEVER BEFORE. WHAT IS THE USE OF DELIVERING THE FOOD ITEM AFTER * DAYS.
KINDLY TAKE ACTION AGAINT THE DTDC, BALNAGAR.
