I had made a purchase on Meesho on **.**.****. Order ID is ************_*. It was delivered on **.**.****. Due to size issues, I requested for exchange and the package was picked on **.**.****. Since then, I am waiting for my exchanged product to be delivered, but it has not yet come. I had even raised complaint on Meesho customer care via ticket number *************, but every time I am being given the same reply that the issue will be resolved in *-* days. I asked for refund, but have been told that since the order is already dispatched, refund is not possible.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
