I sent an important package with bank documents on Monday ** th Dec to Chennai . It still hasn't reached. Despite repeatedly calling customer service no definite answer is given. If the bank documents don't reach in time, I will forfeit rights to operate that account
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
