My package has been in the gurgaon DTDC facility since *th dec. Everytime I ask about my package they say - they are working on it.
The package contacts packing material and my business has suffered huge lose. Packaging is a huge part of my business and due to non delivery of the boxes my business has to face a huge backlash by customers.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
