I have been purchased an undergarment from the notified company on Dt.**.**.**** vide order No.AL****** with an amount of Rs.***.**/-(prepaid). They messaged me that the order is ready to ship by the courier Bluedart with the tracking Id. ***********. While I traced the order it shown me that "Shipment Delayed: Courier Partner Notified". On enquiry from the courier company, I came to know that there is no shipment being made by the online company to the courier company. Further, I booked a complaint through the mail to the online company on **.**.****. They replied to me to review the matter. But it is unfortunate to mention here that after the mail neither any call nor any mail received from their end. Also, they did not pick up the call. I, therefore, request you to kindly take an action against this fraud company and helping me out to refund my amount.
