I created order and paid *** rupees on *th oct, for rental agreement but even after ** days it is still not delivered.
On **th oct rental agreement came to my home but delivery person did not delivered it.
Nobroker backend system and delivery partener delhivery system are completed screwed up.
delhivery team had wrong mobile number with them and due to that Otp sms wasnt triggered to me.
Your system has wrong mobile number updated, instead of **********, number updated was **********.
I did asked them to deliver document to me, but the delivery partner adamently argued and did not gave the letter to me.
Then i send several email to nobroker to correct the mobile number to ********** and send the rental agreement again, but i kept getting standard replied without any ETA.
So Mr CEO i want to know you are really knowing that in what messup state your company is currently.
its really pathetic service and i am deeply disappointed from nobroker.
