I had made order for cake. Additional Rs.*** was paid for delivery to be made between * to * am. Till **:** am, the cake was not delivered and the recipient of the order left the hotel where delivery was supposed to be made. No response have been received from them even after raising complaints. They are playing with the sentiments of people. Order no. BV********
