Bloomsvilla is a big disappointment! I ordered fruits and dry fruits for my Mom's birthday. But the delivery never happened although money got debited promptly. The service was pathetic. Only way to reach them is via email. And they didn't respond to my emails as well making the whole experience frustrating. I expected better! Not coming back again and others be aware especially if you are gifting on special occasion.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
