For my order no: BV******** placed on **th may ****, it was never delivered
However I received a delivered status from the company over mail
Tried calling customer support multiple times but no luck
I am hence requesting refund of Rs. **** for the order value
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
