I purchased a C# book in December **** from madrasshoppe.com website. They confirmed my order and mail me due to the festival we are a delay in sending the book in the appropriate time period please wait more days. I accepted this. So I was waiting for a response and to chat with their customer support executive. They said that our product is out of stock. So we transfer the amount against the book.
I accepted no problem transfer my amount in my account. But today is ** March ****, in my order history details shows amount refunded and customer executive is not responding to any mail and www.madrasshoppe.com is not having the contact number. How can I contact directly to solve my problem? Guys, www.madrasshoppe.com is a fake website, which gives you instant mail against you have ordered a book but not sending book and money.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
