I placed a prepaid order of Rs. *** on *th august **** on Madrasshoppe. My money was instantly deducted and on their website it shows order placed . But there is no further details, no tracking id no delivery updates nothing , everything is just blank. They even provided a contact number but they aren't picking my any calls and also aren't replying to whatsapp messages. I even emailed them and still there is no response from their end . I think I have been cheated. I want my package delivered. Thankyou.
