I placed an order numbered NR-****** on **/**/**** which was cancelled by them on **/**/****. I was supposed to get a refund within *-* working days. After waiting for more than a month I contacted them and placed a new order numbered NR-****** as they were not refunding the money. It's been more than a week now and they do not answer any calls, emails or messages. I am totally fed up. Worst experience of my life.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
