The package AWB ************ was shipped on **th of Nov ****. It has been *+ months since the product was shipped. FedEx lost the package. Kept asking us (consignee) for the shipment proof. We provided various proof but no accountable response or acknowledgement from FedEx.
Later after * months, we filed an e-claim for the damages then FedEx found the package. Now asking us to pay the warehouse charges of ***USD to deliver the package. When we try to respond no one responds, only get automated responses. No one is accountable. I get emails that package will discard and will be charged for that to the shipper. Horrible experience. No fault of the shipper, no fault of consignee but FedEx staff bullying but no one picks up the phone to speak about the case directly, despite many requests. I have used FedEx ** years from my US days. Only remember a responsive company. Now my experience with FedEx India is a nightmare, never seen bullying and apathy like this from any company. Kindly show me the way to resolve my problem with FedEx. I am hoping someone higher in FedEx has better ethics to understand the issue.
