My father sent mangoes from DTDC on *th July bia express deivery which should have been reached in *-* days.
On Saturday(*th July) it was Out for delivery but I got message as below
D******** is out for delivery.Plz share SMILE CODE (****) with Dly Agent, for Zero Contact Delivery. DTDC won't ask for any payment OTP
I sent email, escalated on twitter. They said it will be delivered on **th July .
But again on **th I have received the below message
DTDC D******** couldn't be delivered due to Door locked. Please validate by clicking tinyurl.com/**f*uajo. DTDC doesn't seek any payment OTP.
Nobody came to our house or tried to contact me. It is really frustating as the mango would have rot by now
The mangoes costed around **** and the delivery fee was ****
I would request DTDC to refund the amlunt of INR **** in my bank account.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
