I ordered * products using jiomart.com on Sunday, **st May. I was supposed to receive my *st order on **th May ****, and the other was on **th May ****. But I got an update on the evening of **th May that your package has been delivered successfully. I was shocked that I got no call for the OTP verification then, How did this delivery agent deliver my packet? I confirmed with my family; they confirmed that nobody had received any package or anything from Jiomart.
I called the delivery agent on the provided number, but he has not answered. I tried calling him after that day for *-* days continuously, but he has not picked up my calls. I logged a complaint in jiomart using their customer support email, but they didn't give any update about the package or anything. I tried calling them on their toll-free number, but all the time, it says that you have dialled the wrong number while going further to the customer support executive.
I need a quick resolution on this; please help me out.
